Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGP)
The Government of Japan has various development assistance programs that meet the diverse needs of developing countries.
In 1989, Japan’s Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGP) was launched to promote human security and support
small-scale projects directly benefiting the grassroots level as well as contributing to the socio-economic development of Pakistan. Since then,
more than 300 projects have been implemented under the GGP Scheme to support mainly non-government organizations (NGOs) in Pakistan.
The Consulate General of Japan in Karachi will consider GGP applications for projects in Sindh and Balochistan. For other area, please contact
