Event of the “Japanese Culture Day in Quetta”

 
 
 
On March 9, 2018, the Consulate General of Japan in Karachi and the Honorary Consul General of Japan in Quetta jointly organized an event of the “Japanese Culture Day in Quetta”, and held the “Japanese Calendar Exhibition 2018” at the Pakistan Japan Friendship Center, Quetta and “Japanese Film Show” at the Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS).
 
The purpose of the event is to provide images and knowledge of Japan through its cultural exhibition in order to deepen mutual understanding and promote friendship between Japan and Pakistan.
 
In his speech at the opening ceremony, Feroz Shah of President Pakistan- Japan Friendship Society, Quetta, said that the event of “Japanese Culture Day in Quetta” would be a good opportunity for people of Balochistan to have clear ideas of Japan, and that it would subsequently promote friendship and bilateral relations between Japan and Pakistan.
