Japan Information and Culture Center

JICC organizes Japan-related cultural activities such as exhibitions, traditional flower arrangement demonstrations, academic and educational events, performing arts & martial arts demonstrations, lectures, film shows, etc. at JICC. These activities are usually open to the general public and are publicized through JICC’s website and noticeboard. If you would like to be personally notified about these events, please let us know your e-mail address and we will put you on our JICC mailing list.


JICC has a well-stocked library with more than six thousand English, Japanese, and some Urdu books on Japan and DVDs on Japanese culture. These books can be borrowed for a period of two weeks and DVDs for 3 days by becoming a member of the library. Membership to the library is free of charge.
