On May 9, 2015, the formal launching ceremony of the MEXT Alumni Association of Pakistan
(MAAP), Sindh Chapter was held at the Residence of Consul-General of Japan in Karachi.
Twelve alumni members gathered to attend the ceremony, where the Executive Committee members,
President (Dr. Wazir Ali Baloch), the Vice-President (Dr. A. R. Rajput), the Secretary General
(Prof. Dr. Khan Muhammad Brohi), the Joint Secretary General (Prof. Dr. Usman Ghani Khan),
the Treasure (Dr. Anila Naz Soomro) and the Press Secretary (Dr. Ali Murtaza Dharejo) were
