Lecture on the Relationship between Japan and Pakistan


            On February 11, 2013, Mr. Akira Ouchi, the Consul-General of Japan in Karachi, delivered a lecture on
            “The relationship between Japan and Pakistan” to the members of the Rotary Club of Karachi at its
              weekly meeting. About 50 members, mostly business persons, attended and listened to the lecture.
              At the Q &A session after the Lecture, the questions concerning Japan’s investment and ODA
              prospects were asked. The text of the lecture is attached.
